It has been completely restored, with suspended wooden floors to mantain a dry, confortable enviroment throughout the year. It also feature built-in air conditioning and de-humidifying. It perfectly suits one couple, but it could host till 3 people. The front door of the studio leads into the main lounge/bedroom. This is equipped with a one-piece pull-down double bed which, if folded away against the wall, reveals a 2-seater sofa for use during the day (although most of our customers are happy to leave the bed permanently down). In addition, there is a combined wardrobe and TV unit with a television and DVD. This room also contains an additional single pull-out bed. The main room leads through a small hallway to the kitchen. The hallway also contains a door to the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a vented 4-ring stainless steel cooker including an oven and grill, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and iron (a vacuum cleaner is stored in the main room). There is also a dining table (there are 5 dining chairs in the apartment). There is one additional door leading from the kitchen onto a private small part of the garden that is ideal for dining al fresco
